An adverse drug reaction (ADR)/Side Effect or adverse event is an unwanted or harmful reaction experienced following the administration of a drug or combination of drugs under normal conditions of use and is either suspected to be related to the drug or irrespective of whether the drug is suspected to be the cause. Even a small number of adverse event reports can help to identify significant new safety issues.
EXAMPLES: red, itchy, flaky, or swollen skin, flat, red area on your skin that is covered with small bumps.
Skin that blisters or peels, vision problems, and severe swelling or itching. And any other Severe reactions.
Throat tightness, trouble breathing, tingling, dizziness, and wheezing
